COMPONENTS FOR NITROGEN GENERATION SYSTEMS USED IN PAINTING TECHNOLOGY
KAMATEC installs the assemblies configured by RIEGLER in the ION-7.
THE CHALLENGE
When the name of the game is to achieve optically perfect surfaces during painting, nitrogen is used instead of air. This is the case, for example, with piano lacquer. For jobs like this, Kamatec has developed the ideal device – the ION-7.
Reduced nozzle pressure in the ION-7 makes painting quieter and reduces flash-off times thanks to heated nitrogen. The lower paint pressure at the nozzle spells less overspray in the booth, saving paint and making for longer intervals between cabin cleaning. Nitrogen does not include hydrogen molecules, meaning the temperature and humidity values remain constant during the painting process. For the ION-7 to function correctly, it requires various nitrogen-compatible components – and that’s where RIEGLER comes in.

KAMATEC receives ready-to-install assemblies and individual items from RIEGLER, with which it fits out the ION-7. When selecting the components, priority is attached to compatibility with nitrogen.
