Would you like to exchange or return an item? Find out how to do it here.

  • For all products from our standard range, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. Simply return the original, undamaged and complete goods to us in suitable outer packaging within 30 days of receipt.
  • In order to be able to process your return directly for you, we need your support: Please register the return in the Customer Info Center of our online store beforehand. To do this, log in to the RIEGLER online store with your access data and click on "Returns". Here you will find all your orders, regardless of how they reached us. Select the relevant order and click on "Show" on the right. Then select the item in question and the corresponding quantity. Please describe the reason for the return and fill in the fields accordingly. When you click on "Send", we will receive your returns notification.

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENCLOSE OUR RETURN RECEIPT WITH YOUR SHIPMENT.
    We will do our best to ensure that you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.

  • We charge a handling fee of EUR 9 for returns that have not been registered.
  • If you take advantage of our voluntary right of return, we will refund the purchase price of the goods, but not the shipping costs of your original purchase.
  • Promotional / discontinued items and customized solutions cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If your return is not made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, please note our restocking fees:

    Value of goods < 100 EUR = flat rate 15 EUR
    Value of goods > 100 EUR = 15% of the value of the goods

  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you due to transport damage or defective goods. Please complain about damaged or defective items immediately, at the latest within one week of receiving the goods.
