In safety execution, pressure gauges protect the user and machine in the event of bursting by preventing uncontrolled release of the medium through the viewing window.

Safety pressure gauges Our safety pressure gauges are completely made of Cr-Ni steel and have a shatterproof partition wall, as well as an "inflatable back wall." In the event of overpressure, it is prevented that fragments are released in case of a possible breakage of the glass, which could lead to serious injuries to employees.
Structure and functionality of these safety pressure gauges in detail: Behind the display scale lies a solid stainless steel wall separating the pressure-bearing part of the pressure measuring device from the display. In the outer back wall, there is a large opening sealed by a plastic plug. In the event of a leak, the pressure wave with the medium escapes through the housing back into the atmosphere.
An additional protection on the side facing the user is provided by the "safety glass pane." This is a laminated glass pane with an elastic film inserted between two layers of glass. This prevents glass splinters from being released and injuring the user in the event of glass breakage.
