HOW DOES THE "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" FUNCTION WORK?
- When logging in to our new online store for the first time, click on "Forgot your password".
- Enter the email address associated with your existing account and click on "Reset my password".
- You will receive an email in your inbox (please also check the spam folder).
- Follow the instructions in the email and click on the link provided.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can create and save a new password.
- Now log in with your new credentials.

DIDN´T RECEIVE AN EMAIL?
You've used the "Forgot password" function but haven't received an email? This could be due to various reasons:
- Unknown email address
- IP address of the new online store is not whitelisted by the email hoster
